ποΈ Portfolio
The portfolio section shows a report of all case files in the system distributed as either active or closed. A filter feature is provided to help narrow down the selection based on what the user wants to view. The same can be exported to excel for further analysis.
ποΈ Calls
This section shows comprehensive reports on all call activities done on the system.It is divided into two sections;
ποΈ Promise To Pay
The promise to pay section shows a report on all case files in the system tagged under the contact status PTP. It is divided into two;
ποΈ Payments
This section shows a report on all case files that have confirmed payment transactions in the system.
ποΈ Activity
Any action made on the files in the system is captured and logged as an activity. The same is displayed on this section as a report for further analysis.The report shows the kind of activity, the user responsible and the exact contents of the update.
ποΈ SMS
The section is broken down into sent and received reports.
ποΈ WhatsApp Messages
A report of messages sent and received via the WhatsApp medium is provided on this section.
ποΈ Emails
See below sample report showing list of emails sent out by users.
ποΈ Tasklist
This section shows files that users have worked on and scheduled for further follow up later across the month. The section is divided into all list and summary.
ποΈ Escalations
Here an admin can view active case files that have been raised to upper levels by the internal users due to inactivity, this means the account has been on the userβs tasklist for a long time without being actioned after the initial schedule guided by the set number of days.
ποΈ User Sessions
In this section we see a report on the period of time that users were actively logged into the system with the exact log in and log out times. It is a useful report to monitor user's activitites and productivity across the day.
