Here users can see the history of the file since it was synched into smartcollect. All updates, communication made and any admin changes are all recorded on this page.

Records of information passed on to the debtor via the four modes of communcation we have available on smartcollect.

In this section a list of payments received on the respective file opened, is displayed to help the user keep track of the same.

Here users can see all extra penalties or charges incurred on the loan. A description is provided to explain to the user the type of charge.

List of cases that have something in common with the opened file are listed here. There is a column that shows how they are related. If no files are related to the current case, below is what willbe displayed.

List of named individuals who guaranteed the debtor the loan in question, their contact

A list of what was put up as security in order to get the loan is displayed here.

Documents can be uploaded to the case file by an end user to assist in collection or for future

From this Menu users are able to generate debt cards, letters or form directly from the system. A debt card is a single file showing all the events that have taken place since the account was created in the

From ths section we can see a list of attempts to get alternative debtor contact infomation from the available sources in the system.

This section provides users with an audit trail on the current case file they are viewing.This means any changes done on that file are logged and tracked on the system.

After a call has been made Call Module, a user must document the outcome of the same.\
