The section is broken down into sent and received reports.

Sent​

In this section, the user can access the list of case files that have a successful delivery of SMSs status. A filter feature is available for the user to narrow down what type of active files they want to see.

Received​

Here the user can view a list of messages sent by an external party received by the system. alt text
