Escalations
Here an admin can view active case files that have been raised to upper levels by the internal users due to inactivity, this means the account has been on the user’s tasklist for a long time without being actioned after the initial schedule guided by the set number of days.
Tasklist
This section shows all the files under a user’s tasklist that have not been worked on for a longer period than set limit number of days and who the files have been escalated to. A filter feature is available to help narrow down the search.

Promise To Pay
This section shows all the files that haven’t been actioned in a long period, under the contact status promise to pay, these being broken PTPs. A filter feature is available to help narrow down the search.
