This visualizes the key performance indicators through charts and graphs summarizing the statistics of files active on the system.
📄️ Live
The live section displays Realtime data on user activities on the system. The section is divided into four parts;
📄️ Portfolio
This section provides a well broken-down summary of the casefiles in the system, into the various products and classifications available.
📄️ Payments
This section helps to analyse how the portfolio is fairing across the month, in terms of payments received on the allocated portfolios plus what is due, drawing comparison from the previous month.
📄️ PTPs
The promise to pay section shows a report on all case files in the system tagged under the contact status PTP and their distribution across the various products and classifications available.
📄️ Buckets
In this section we see a visual representation of how files are distributed across the various watch buckets.
📄️ Call Campaigns
This section gives insight on the call campaigns configured on the system showing general stats on how the calling feature is being utilised.It shows total campaigns on the system , which ones are currently running, paused and completed campaigns.
📄️ Communication
Smartcollect in itself is omnichannel meaning it gives users mulitple options to make contact with their clients.This section gives a summary of the available means of communication and how they are being used. The section is divided into three;

This dashboard displays how files are distributed among the active users on the system as well as providing their teams' summaries.

In simple terms these are expected collections that users are tasked with attaining for a certain period usually a month. This dashboard provides a quick look at those expectations distributed against the various criteria we have active on the system.
