From this section a supervisor is able to manage how the sms functionaity is used, from creation of campaigns and templates to configuration of gateways to be used.
📄️ WhatsApp
Similar to the sms function, in this section a user manages how the WhatsApp feature is used from campaign creation to templates management.
📄️ Emails
This is another mode of communication that is available to users and managed from this section.Emails are messages distributed via electronic means. An admin creates the campaigns to be used, templates and selects the provider from the SMTP List.
📄️ Calls
From here we manage the call operations and how it works.And admin can set the group extension,select dial mode and members allowed in a particular campaign.
📄️ Letters
Smartcollect allows user to generate letters from the system to be shared either through email or dropped physical to the clients/debtors. The whole process is guided by use of templates based on what is to be communicated.
