Calls

This section shows comprehensive reports on all call activities done on the system.It is divided into two sections;

  • Call Detailed Record (CDR)

  • Campaigns

Call Detail Record

CDR for short, provides data about all incoming and outgoing calls made on the telephony system. This kind of information can later be used for reporting and billing purposes, providing answers about where, when, and how calls are made.It is from this section that a supervisor can listen to or download a call recording as well as rate the same call. alt text

Campaigns

Unified point of calling where supervisors get to manage what files are dialed using which common campaign. This section shows a list of the available campaigns, members, number of files to be called and other statistics.
