Calls

From here we manage the call operations and how it works.And admin can set the group extension,select dial mode and members allowed in a particular campaign.

Campaigns​

The list of available campaigns is displayed.The admin has various options available; edit, deactivate, delete, configure the campaign, add or remove users and finally resume call operation.

How To Add a Call Campaign​

To do this ,click the add button from the list of campaigns and follow instructions on the menu that pops up as illustrated below;
