Letters

Smartcollect allows user to generate letters from the system to be shared either through email or dropped physical to the clients/debtors. The whole process is guided by use of templates based on what is to be communicated.

Generated List​

You can access the files that have letters generated by the users, showing template used and date created.

Templates​

A list of all available templates is displayed here, with an option to edit,deactivate and delete.

How to Create a Letter Template​

From the template list, click on add button and proceed to enter the data on the menu that pops up on the right as illustrated below, fields that are marked with the red asterisk are mandatory.Note you can upload an already prepared template document and the system will convert it to be used across selected casefiles.
