SMS

From this section a supervisor is able to manage how the sms functionaity is used, from creation of campaigns and templates to configuration of gateways to be used.

Campaigns​

You can see the current active sms campaigns that are being used to send out sms to debtors. alt text

Templates​

From this section, you can see all the active templates available on the system.Users can edit the templates delete and add new templates from the same section. alt text

How To Create a Template​

From the templates list, there is a blue +Add button when clicked a menu pops up on the right hand side of the screen.The next steps are well illustrated by the video below. Note that the fields marked with the red asterisk are mandatory.
