Live

The live section displays Realtime data on user activities on the system. The section is divided into four parts;

Calls​

Breakdown of all calls made, drawing trends comparing with the previous day's work. Also shows distribution across the active casefiles.

Campaigns​

This shows statistics of all the active campaigns that the user is part of or from an admin point of view all campaigns used on the system, from sms to emails, calls and whatsapp campaigns information.

Activity​

This section shows the recent user activity on the system.As you can see from the screenshot below, the sytem shows the user and action done , then it gives a summary of activities in the past 8 hours , of placement, allocations and calls made.

Sessions​

This sections shows the current status of users on the system and their session information whether active or inactive.
