Classification

This section of the system gives the system administrator(s) the ability to have a systematic arrangement of case files in groups or categories according to established criteria.
The section is distributed as follows;

  • Products
  • Sub-products
  • Buckets
  • Debt Categories
  • Segments
  • Pools

Products​

This sections shows the type of facilities on offer or given out by the organizations' partners listed in the system.

And indepth classification of the various loan facilities covered in the previous section.

Buckets​

Buckets are used to classify case files of a similar characteristic in the system. This section lists and describes the available Buckets with an allowance for admins to add as many as they would like for internal purposes.

Debt Categories​

Debts can be classified in different categories such as asset finance, normal loan, mobile and so on. This is left to the organization and their internal operations.

Segments​

Similar to buckets this is a way to further group internal files for easier distributing and reporting purposes, based on unique keys.

Another feature that the system uses to manage and group files based on management needs.
