Organizations

This is the section where access is managed for entities both internal and external, to the system and how it is used.This could be DCAs, branches or centers.

Organization​

This section shows the list of active organizations with access to your system showing the primary one and offers an option to add more.

How To add an Organization​

Once you click on the Add Button, a menu pops up on the right hand side.The organization name and type are mandatory fields that need to be filled.

Types​

We have various types of allowed organizations,from debt collection agencies (DCAS),to contact centers, law firms and many more.The list can be accessed from this section with option to add more.

Branches​

These are outlets of an organization that are physically seperated from the main office.

Centers are subdivisions under organizations.

Currencies​

This is a list of allowed transaction modes or standardization of money in the generals forms.
