With the said tools, the system perceives the environment, processes data and acts to achieve a goal often improving the performance over time by learning from available data.

Casefile AI Summary
On each and every file on the system , coupled with having the historical data under the notes tab, AI gives us a brilliant summary and overview of who we are dealing with. From offering insights on the client / debtor's behaviour after learning from data, analysing trends to find patterns , to making predictions on what is to be expected. The system then offers an accurate assessment and provides recommendations on how best to handle the clients.
AI Module Chat Bot
On this module the system simulates human conversation through natural language processing and machine learning to understand and respond to user input in realtime.The chatbot can interpret complex language and context, provide more relevant, human-like responses, and learn from interactions to improve over time.
The bot suggests queries that a normal user might be interested in but does not restrict the user. Once done with a query if there are no more insights needed, the user can click on new chat to initiate a new session.
